This program helps children to build their Emotional Resilience so that they are better equipped to deal with the day to day stresses that life brings them.
Kids are taught to deal with feelings and emotions, which they are not normally equipped to deal with in their age groups.

Through Play and Fun activities we show them how to build Confidence and Motivation and to get rid of frustration and aggression with relaxation techniques.

The program has been created to fulfill a need in all children who suffer from anxiety as well as your average child. A developmentally appropriate program that gives children the skills, practice and support to utilize coping strategies that lessen the symptoms of anxiety and stress, and enhancing strong positive self-beliefs so that they can achieve only the best.
